Leel Mahal Centre has come and gone. The film has been such a disaster that many in Andhra Pradesh do not even know that the film has been released. So when the film itself hasn't been taken note of, it is almost impossible that the lead actress would have been noticed.

Ergo, Sada, who was the heroine of that ill-fated film, now awaits the release of Aparichitudu, the Telugu version of Shankar's much-expected Anniyan.

The movie will decide which way Sada's career is headed in Telugu. For an actress who started with a bang in Teja's Jayam with Nitin, Sada's Telugu subsequent forays have not yielded much dividends.

She understands her predicament and knows that she has to deliver a hit. Sada has had a better deal in Tamil. She has done some important films and has a few in her kitty.

"I am very much interested in pursuing a serious career in Telugu," she says. "I have refused offers in Telugu only because the subjects have not been up to the mark. But if the film is good, I will certainly take it up".

Sada is able and ready. Film-makers have to be, now.
