Sachiin Joshi, the actor-producer of 'Mounamelanoyi' and 'Nee Jathaga Nenundali' fame, has bought the Kingfisher Villa owned by the bankrupt Vijay Mallya. As a businessman who recently fell out with Bandla Ganesh, Sachiin as the vice-chairman of JMJ Group has hands-on experience in running diverse lines of business.

He has bought the villa for more than Rs. 73 Cr. This was the reserve price that State Bank of India, which sought to recover Mallya's bad debt, set. When the property was auctioned earlier, nobody bought it for at least Rs. 73 Cr. Eventually, Sachiin clinched the deal.

The 32-year-old businessman-actor will soon be seen in RGV's 'Secret', an erotic thriller. Although his Tollywood stint was a failure, he is sometimes talked about on web and electronic media because of his direct verbal remarks against Bandla Ganesh.
