'Saamanyudu': Vishal's action movie locks release date

This Sankranthi, brace up for an action-thriller starring Vishal in the lead. Titled 'Saamanyudu' in Telugu and 'Veeramae Vaagai Soodum' in Tamil, the film will hit the screens on January 14.
Earlier, it was slated for a Republic Day release. The makers have, however, readied it for Sankranthi.
The teaser for the entertainer was out recently. "The teaser and other promotional content are a massive hit. We are going to promote the movie vigorously," the makers said.
Kavin Raj's cinematography and Yuvan Shankar Raja's score are expected to shore up the stunts. Dimple Hayathi will be romancing the 'Enemy' actor. Also featuring Yogi Babu, Malayalam actor Baburaj, Raveena Ravi, and Akilan S Pushparaj, the film is currently in the making.
