First things first.  The Teaser of 'Saakshyam' makes us root for the film in anticipation of a story-based movie.  

Writer-director Sriwass seems to have come up with a story involving a whole 'khandhan', 'Murari'-style.  This is not to say that the story is inspired.  

Going by Sai Madhav Burra's effective lines in the Teaser, the film has a remarkable bandwidth to deliver a range of emotions, involving a contingent of family members and a multitude of locations (Varanasi to Pollachi to Dubai and Hospet).   Arthur A Wilson's visuals are breathtaking in outdoor locations.   AS Prakash's art work in family scenes seems to be promising.  

Peter Hein has choreographed 4-5 big-ticket fights.  

The metaphysical thrum is vivid.  The fifth 'dhikku' as the eternal witness to our actions appeals to the Hindu philosophical theme of Karma (what goes around comes around).  

Bellamkonda Srinivas looks confident, much like in 'Jaya Janaki Nayaka'.  Jagapathi Babu surely has a power-packed role.  Pooja Hegde is gorgeous.  

The film also stars Kollywood star Sarath Kumar, Meena, Ravi Kishan, Vennela Kishore, Ashutosh Rana, Madhu Guruswamy, Lavanya, and others.  Music is by Harshavardhan.
