Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas' next film, titled 'Saakshyam', has been directed by Sriwass. Pooja Hegde is the heroine.

The news is that the film's "adventurous" stint at Hospet near Bellary is over. The schedule had run for a good 15 days. Peter Hein choreographed an action sequence mounted in the backdrop of mines in this key schedule that saw the participation of the lead pair and more than 200 junior artists.

As per the makers, 70 percent of the production works have been wrapped up with this schedule. Gravity-defying action sequences are one of the film's mainstays, the makers say.

The film's recently-released concept poster has these lines sung in the background: 'Pancha bhootha hitha gaatramide. Pancha bhootha krutha kshetramide'.

Produced by Abhishek Pictures's Abhishek Nama, 'Saakshyam' had also completed a grand schedule in Kashi and before that, in Pollachi.

Also starring Jagapathi Babu, Sharath Kumar, Meena, Vennela Kishore, Ravi Kishan, Ashutosh Rana, Madhu Guruswamy, Lavanya Jayaprakash, Pavitra Lokesh, Brahmaji and others, it has been written by Sriwass himself. Sai Madhav Burra, who is also penning the dialogues of 'Sye Raa' and 'Sarabha', is the dialogue writer. Art direction is by AS Prakash.
