'Saaho' is heading for a grand number of premier shows in the US on August 29. The estimated premier number of shows is 1028 in about 212 locations in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi. So far, the film has collected $417,850 in terms of advance bookings for the premier shows. Of this, the lion's share is of the Telugu version, which stands at $399,234.

Why is the figure for Hindi and Tamil disappointing? "The pricing is too high. 'Saaho' is not as hugely awaited in these languages as it is in Telugu. That's why the surge pricing is going against the premiers," a source says.

From this point, it has to be seen whether 'Saaho' will cross the one million mark, which it has to, given the stakes.

In Tamil Nadu, the Tamil version will release in 530 screens or so. However, the film is not carrying much buzz in B and C centres, going by some trade analysts.
