There are Rajini fans. There are Vijay fans. There are fans who love films of both of these actors. However a recent statement by SA Chandrasekhar that ‘Mersal’ is better than ‘Kaala’ has created confusion,support and annoyance among both fans.

To be precise, SAC has commented that ‘Mersal’ is a much better political film than Rajini’s ‘Kaala’. Further he also said that Vijay knows politics much better than SAC himself. Speaking about Traffic Ramaswamy, SA Chandrasekhar assured that the way people view the man will positively change after the release of his film titled 'Traffic Ramaswamy'.

Needless to say, netizens have been registering their contempt and at the same time support to the statements spoken by SAC. Some neutral fans also pointed it out that ‘Mersal’ had only a few political lines and so could not be termed as a better political film than ‘Kaala’.
