Thalapatthy Vijay's 'Beast' hit the silver screens today and the fans are loving it already. As positive reviews are coming in, Vijay's father has spoken about this much-anticipated film for the first time via his official Twitter.

Vijay’s father SA Chandrasekhar who has been active on social media platforms has spoken about ‘Beast’ for the first time. Posting a video on Twitter, he wished the team success and added that like any other fan of Vijay, he is also awaiting the release of the film and will watch ‘Beast’. Look at the video here!

Though some reports claim that this father and son duo are not on good terms lately, this video has once again proved their loving bond. Vijay on the other hand also compared his father to God in a recent interview.

He said, “The only difference between God and the father is, we can’t see God but we can see our father,” Vijay said, underlining he’s still a devoted son even though their relationship had hit a rough patch recently.
