Make no mistake Baahubali 2` like its predecessor is not a Tamil film, but a deeply rooted Telugu epic complete with aesthetics of that region. Most of your regular movie maker, aiming to make a bilingual or trilingual ends up making a soulless film which does not appeal to anyone. Rajamouli on the other hand has stuck to the flavor of the original language and has still reached out to the others.

The sequel has sheer old fashioned drama in every scene and apart from the dedicated muscle men Prabhas and Rana, Anushka, Sathyaraj, Nasser and most importantly Ramya Krishnan have dug deep into their souls to bring out such convincing performances.

There is something for everyone in Baahubali 2`, children and youngsters love the action and the extravaganza, women the emotional roller coaster and the progressive portrayal of their gender through the characters of Anushka and Ramya, older audiences are swayed by the powerful dialogues and well scripted drama. And to everyone else around the globe Baahubali 2` is a slice of pure Telugu cinema, which is very pan Indian in its simplistic yet unique storytelling.
