Changing of roles is something which we have been seeing in Tamil cinema of late. The new entrant to the list is music composer S S Kumaran, who is all set to wield the megaphone.

The music director, who won the admiration of many with films such as ‘Poo’ and ‘Kalavani’, will direct a movie titled ‘Theneer Viduthi’, which is said to be a touching love story.

“The film will have newcomers in the lead. Enough practice will be given them before we go to shoot. The script is so beautiful and I am thrilled about directing a film,” Kumaran says.

Saying that he would continue his job as a music composer also, Kumaran adds: “Because music is something which brought me to limelight. And it is my passion to establish myself as a talented music director.”
