'Rx 100' has brought him a golden run like no other.  Actor Kartikeya may have been disappointed after the disastrous performance of 'Hippi' in June, but the youngster has two solid reasons to be on a cloud nine.

For one, Allu Aravind has roped him in for a movie under Geetha Arts.  This one will most likely be directed by a newcomer.  Given the success rate of the banner and its smart release strategies, Kartikeya can't ask for more.  

For another, 'Guna 369' seems to be poised to get decent openings if the content is strong.  A mass flick, it can potentially be a winner in B and C Centres.  Also, it will have no major competition when it releases on August 2.  Sharwanand's 'Ranarangam' has been postponed to August 15.  So, 'Rakshasudu' and 'Kobbari Matta' are its only competitors.  

Directed by a newcomer, 'Guna 369' was accepted by Kartikeya intuitively and impulsively even before the director was done narrating the script.
