'RX 100', the emotional romance-actioner, has crossed a share of Rs. 10 CR in the Telugu States. The film is an unmixed blockbuster. The Karthikeya-Payal Rajput starrer costed less than Rs. 2.5 CR.
Regrettably or otherwise, the film was misunderstood by most critics. The way the movie was rated, it was expected to be a huge disaster. Director Ajay Bhupathi feels that the reviewers should have judged the film on the basis of its emotional anchor and not by its bold content, which is just a part of the movie.
The director is correct in calling a spade a spade. The reason the film opened to a highly encouraging response is because of its Trailer, which betrayed the film's emotional value. The bold scenes are just a part of the larger story. The audience understood it. The critics didn't.
