'RX 100' director Ajay Bhupathi, who has been waiting to shoot 'Maha Samudram', has tested positive for COVID-19. The young director took to Twitter to announce his status in just one word.

The promising filmmaker, without sounding dramatic, simply said: “Vachesindi”. It puzzled some of his followers. Moments later, he was direct and said, “Thvaralo vastha. Plasma istha”. Like director SS Rajamouli, Ajay too has promised to donate plasma for the well-being of others.

Ajay is one of the few Tollywoodians who have tested positive for the virus. Director Teja, 'RRR' producer DVV Danayya, pop singer Smitha, and playback singer SPB have been living with the virus. Rajamouli and his family members, on the other hand, tested negative on Wednesday. They recovered and are waiting to donate plasma.
