Russian soldiers given Viagra to rape Ukrainians: UN official

It's known that Russia is invading Ukraine. A United Nations envoy has been quoted as saying by Western media reports that Russia is supplying Viagra capsules to its soldiers so that they go about raping Ukrainian women. Sexual assaults, however, haven't been reported so far.
As per the envoy, Russia is adopting an inhuman military strategy with the sole aim of dehumanizing its victims.
It may be noted that soldiers raping the women of their enemy country is not unknown to the Indian subcontinent. "Russian military raped and assaulted 100 Ukrainians so far with Viagra. But the Pakistani military raped 200,000 Bengali women in 1971 without Viagra! (sic)," wrote Bangladeshi author Taslima Nasreen.
But not many are ready to take the UN official's word about Russian soldiers at face value. They feel that the US is behind the "propaganda" against Russia. "Even in the past, such propaganda was used against Libya. Russian soldiers are not raping women. At least, there is no evidence so far," a commentator said.
