On the rush of films Vice President of Karnataka film Chamber of Commerce Umesh Banakar says no advice is taken. Last few days, I have made humble request for small budget film makers to defer the release. That is because of State Assembly election fever and IPL cricket matches.

That was the sympathy he expressed for the officer of censor board.
