With Rajinikanth’s supposed entry into the political ring, it was quite natural to expect a political flavour in 'Kaala' among the audiences. Obviously there were rumours surrounding the film being political. Now an interesting information has been revealed that may add veracity to this speculation.

Anjali Patil, who is portraying an important role in 'Kaala' has revealed that the film indeed touts a political message and that there are numerous scenes in the film to cater to the same. Moreover the actress also said that she plays the role of a Tamil speaking Marathi girl whose character will be pivotal in the movie.
