Anushka starrer 'Rudramadevi' is expected to touch the Rs 60 crore mark. Trade experts predict good fortune for this film, in which woman plays the central hero; besides being the fact it's a historical themed . It's indeed a great news for such a film, much to the delight of its maker, Gunasekhar.

Going by the box office reports so far, 'Rudramadevi' has earned Rs.45 crore till now and still going steady. And since the theatres where the film is running belongs to its buyers, 'Rudramadevi' will stay for some more time.

Latest we hear that the satellite rights of 'Rudramadevi' are being sold for Rs.9 crores. And if Gunasekhar is successful in selling them for Rs.10 crores, then the film will manage to make Rs. 55 crores. Moreover, if 'Rudramadevi' is lucky enough to have no competition, then it will bag another Rs 5 crores. So going by these calculations, the film might make Rs 60 crores.

Interestingly, since Gunasekhar has got tax exemption in Nizam, it will further help him in boosting up the profits. It remains to see if the film gets tax exemption in Andhra as well. And if it manages then it will be an added benefit for 'Rudramadevi'.
