Tollywood actors show keen interest in portraying a powerful police officer's role as it helps them to develop fan base among the masses. And now debutante Raj Krishna is testing his luck in one such role with the film Rudra IPS`. Keerthana is the female lead and the cop drama is directed by Balakrishna Reddy. It's produced by T Rajasekhar Reddy under Ajith Creations Pvt Ltd. This action entertainer is all set to release on June 17.

Regarding the movie, producer T Rajasekhar Reddy says, "Rudra IPS is the story of an upright police officer who believes in instant justice. Balakrishna Reddy, the director, has done a splendid job; he took the story to next level. Hero Raj Krishna and heroine Keerthana will be another major highlight of the movie. Ghantadi Krishna gave good songs and a great BGM."

Chandramohan and Chitram Sreenu are part of the cast. Art direction is by Vijay Krishna. Stunts are by Marshall Ramana. Editing is by Nandamuri Hari. The director has written the story, screenplay and dialogues himself.
