Alia Bhatt was recently on a TV show with some of her Bollywood colleagues. During the course of the interactive show, the 'RRR' actress said that she can't vote in elections because she is not an Indian.
"I hold a British passport. I can't vote in the elections," the talented 'Raazi' and 'Kalank' actress said. She will get an Indian passport only once she gives up her British one.
This is not the first time that Alia revealed this. It was in 2014 that she made the revelation perhaps for the first time. Her mother, Soni Razdan, is a British and so is she.
The heroine, who is cast opposite Ram Charan in Rajamouli's 'RRR', sees herself as an Indian in culture, tastes, etc.
