As announced yesterday, 'RRR' will hit the screens on January 8, 2021. Starring NTR and Ram Charan, this Rajamouli directorial will release in Hindi in a big way.  

Already, Bollywood trade circles are preparing for this big release.  They are talking about a particular January 2nd week sentiment in this regard.  "In 2019, 'URI' released on January 11th and went on to become a blockbuster.  This year, Ajay Devgn's 'Tanhaji' came out on January 10th and stunned the Box-office by earning more than Rs 250 Cr (nett) in India," a trade analyst says.

'RRR', too, will be releasing in the second week of January.  If it becomes a big hit, it will be a hat-trick for Bollywood.  

Interestingly, like 'URI' and 'Tanhaji', 'RRR' too has the element of patriotism as the driving force.  If 'URI' was nationalist, 'Tanhaji' was Hindu nationalist.  And 'RRR' is going to be a nationalist drama tinged with flavours of local cultures.  NTR and Ram Charan are playing freedom fighters in the movie.
