Posani Krishna Murali has on Monday said that he has received a notice from Election Commission over 'Mukhya Mantri Garu Maticcharu', a film he is making without much fuss.
"So far, I have not come out in the open about the movie or its subject. Yet, the EC has slapped a notice on me on the basis of a complaint it received from an anonymous entity," Posani said. "I have replied to them saying that my film is not against any particular individual or leader. I am making a message-oriented movie. It's based on an election manifesto," he added.
"Although I have made my stand clear, they still want me to appear before them. Why is it like that? Is it because I am a sympathizer of the YSRCP?" Posani asked.
He took the opportunity to blast the Andhra Pradesh CM, whom he regards as the lowliest politician. "Chandrababu Naidu not only backstabbed NTR but also did worse. Later, he said in an India Today interview that NTR was bereft of values," he said.
"Has any CM in India ever said that nobody would want to be born in a particular caste? Naidu has said such a thing," Posani said.
