Actor Dulquer Salmaan who is basking in the success of his latest release ‘Kurup’, is all geared up for his next. The handsome hunk's much-awaited movie with director Rosshan Andrrews, titled 'Salute', is expected to hit the bigscreens soon. The big update was revealed by the director himself through his social media handle. "‘ Salute’ ……. Lies -Truth -Justice !!! next dream coming to you !!! (sic),” Rosshan Andrrews penned, sharing a few photos taken during the shoot of ‘Salute’. Well, according to latest reports, the makers of the movie was are eyeing for a Pongal release in January next year.

‘Salute’ is a cop drama that will feature Dulquer Salmaan as the Sub Inspector Aravind Karunakaran. This is the first time the actor is playing a full fledged police role in his career.Bollywood diva Diana Penty is making her Malayalam debut with the movie. The movie also stars Manoj K Jayan, Saniya Iyappan, Lakshmi Gopalaswamy, Alencier Ley Lopez, Binu Pappu and Vijay Kumar in prominent roles. The film is scripted by Bobby and Sanjay. Produced by Dulquer under his banner Wayfarer Films the movie's shoot was wrapped in July in Hyderabad.
