Roja, 100 others escape plane accident

Legislator Roja, the YSRCP leader, escaped unhurt on Wednesday when the flight she was travelling in caught fire.  It was a tyre burst which the alert pilot could prevent from spiraling out of control as soon as the flight reached the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Hyderabad.

She was travelling on the flight from Tirupathi.  The passengers went through tense moments when they realized something was amiss.  They were alerted about the technical issue.

Roja frequently travels to Hyderabad owing to her shooting assignments with a couple of Television channels.
