Make way for gen-next 'Ram Lakhan'... In this age of remake, yet another classic blockbuster hit gets into a brand new package on big screen. Yes, this time it's the 1989's Anil Kapoor and Jackie Shroff starrer 'Ram Lakhan' - which will be remade by two of the most superhit filmmakers of Bollywood - Rohit Shetty and Karan Johar.
While the new 'Ram Lakhan' is slated to release in 2016, the makers have for now unveiled its teaser poster. Check it out here.....
The rights of the 1989's revenge drama reported to have been bought by Dharma Productions, who will be co-producing the new version in association with Mukta Arts. Read a tweet from KJo's production house, "Here's the big announcement! Rohit Shetty & Karan Johar, in association with Mukta Arts, present RAM LAKHAN in 2016."
'Ram Lakhan' also starred Rakhee, Madhuri Dixit, Dimple Kapadia, Amrish Puri, Anupam Kher and Paresh Rawal among others.
