Ajith Kumar and Anirudh combo has always been a fan favourite combo since the 'Aaluma Doluma' days. The two worked together in the superhit albums 'Vedalam' and 'Vivegam'. Now, the latest hot news is that Anirudh has joined Ajith Kumar's upcoming film 'Thunivu' directed by H Vinoth.

Ghibran, who is composing music for Thunivu, took to his social media yesterday to officially update the fans that Rockstar Anirudh crooned a song titled 'Chilla Chilla' in the movie, which is expected to be an enjoyable opening song for Ajith Kumar. Famous independent musician Vaisagh has written the lyrics for the song.

It is worth mentioning that Anirudh will be scoring music for Ajith Kumar's next 'AK62' with director Vignesh Shivan. Touted to be a bank heist thriller, the star cast also includes Manju Warrier, Samuthirakani, Veera, Ajay, John Kokken, GM Sundar, Mahanadhi Shankar, Cibi Chandran, Amir, Pavni and others.

The technical team includes Ghibran as the music director, Nirav Shah as the cinematographer, Vijay Velukutty as the editor and Supreme Sundar as the stunt choreographer. Produced by Boney Kapoor and Zee Studios, Thunivu is slated to hit the silver screens worldwide on Pongal 2023.
