Shankar is planning a very grand sequel for his 'Enthiran' ('Robo') and the film is set to become the costliest Indian film ever. As per some sources, the budget of 'Robo 2' will be Rs.300 crores.

Rajamouli recently revealed that the total budget of the two parts of 'Baahubali' will be 250 crores. So the budget of 'Robo 2' will be surpassing Baahubali's. Shankar is said to have approached a top Bollywood hero for the antagonist's role and two star heroines will romance Rajinikanth. Twenty seven assistant directors and ten production executives will work for the film, which is the highest ever for any Indian film. This will be a three year project.
