Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor and her businessman husband Anand Ahuja have lodged a Police complaint in the national capital that there was a theft of Rs 2.4 Crore from their New Delhi residence Amrita Shergill Marg. According to reports, the couple had filed the police complaint on February 23rd. They had noticed the theft on February 11, but approached the police only on February 23, the police said. The Delhi Police registered an FIR under Section 381 of the Indian Penal Code at the Tughlaq Road police station and initiated an investigation. The case was kept confidential until now since it was a high profile case.
On the work front, Sonam was last seen in The Zoya Factor. The couple is expecting their first child and that their baby will arrive in the fall. They tied the knot in 2018. Sonam Kapoor had made her first public appearance after her pregnancy announcement in March. She is yet to announce her next project.
