Unveiled by music sensation Anirudh and ace filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj at a grand event in Chennai, the trailer has further heightened the buzz for this prison thriller, set to hit cinemas on November 29.

Based on true events from Madras Central Prison in 1999, "Sorgavaasal" follows RJ Balaji in what promises to be a career-defining performance. Selvaraghavan takes on the role of the menacing antagonist, a gangster who wields power within the prison walls.
