Radio jockey turned actor RJ Balaji has delivered two back-to-back profitable films LKG and Mookuthi Amman in the past. He is currently working on the upcoming project 'Veetla Viseshanga', the remake of the Hindi blockbuster 'Badhaai Ho'. We had already reported the production plan of this project. The latest update is that the entire filming of Veetla Viseshanga is wrapped up on September 28. The team had been shooting in Coimbatore since August. They completed the production in 40 days at a single stretch as we reported earlier. It was recently revealed that famous comedian Yogi Babu has essayed a cameo in the movie.

Announcing the completion of the shooting of Veetla Viseshanga, RJ Balaji posted, "It’s a WRAP for #TeamRJB3 !!! 40 days !!! Thank you God, my wonderful team and the people of Coimbatore for an amazing shooting experience..! We promise you, one of the biggest family entertainers of 2022 !!!"

RJ Balaji is playing Ayushmann Khurrana's role in this remake. Also, he has written the script and has also co-directed Veetla Viseshanga with NJ Saravanan, who was also part of his previous film 'Mookuthi Amman'. Aparna Balamurali, who is reprising Sanya Malhotra's role, will be seen as Balaji's pair with Sathyaraj and Oorvashi playing his parents.
