Apart from his adorable on screen presence, late actor Rishi Kapoor was known for his open and frank personality. He never tried to hide the fact that he wasn't as close to his son Ranbir Kapoor as he should have been. Ranbir also shared early in his career that he was closer to her mother than his father. Even his uncle Rajiv Kapoor shared an equation with the actor better than Rishi.

Although there was a lack of communication from Rishi's side but there wasn't lack of love. Recently, Abhishek Bachchan revealed how the veteran actor used to keep tabs on Ranbir. When the duo were working on a film in Shimla, Abhishek found Rishi reading a gossip website to find what Ranbir was up to. Abhishek said, "The only way I can tell what Ranbir is doing," Kapoor said. And I am like, ‘This guy, he is amazing! He had no filter. He would just say it.’ So, he was following (the website) to know what Ranbir was up to. I found that so sweet."

No wonder that Abhishek was taken aback by the open behavior of the seasoned actor.
