Rishi Kapoor romances like the iconic Raj Kapoor

The Comedy King No.1 David Dhawan will bring back the good, old classic Raj Kapoor romance back to the screen with his upcoming film ‘Chashme Baddoor’. The evergreen magic of Raj Kapoor’s eternal number Pyar Hua Iqrar Hua with the timeless beauty Nargis will be recreated in the comic film.

Buzz is that his son, the iconic Rishi Kapoor will pay homage to him through a particular scene along with the pretty Lilette Dubey. Not entirely the same, just the feel of the very popular umbrella moment will be demonstrated in the movie with Rishi and Lilette doing the parts of the ‘Shree 420’ actors!

‘Chashme Baddoor’, which is essentially a youthful comedy, has the two actors playing a very important romantic track in the film. This particular sequence between them has been designed to honour the late veteran actor and though it has been shot as per today’s day and age, the setup, milieu and flavor of the shot remains the same.

A total treat for all generations the film has something for every demographic of audiences and this sequence is surely to watch out for! Starring Ali Zafar, Siddharth, Divyendu Sharma and Taapsee in lead, the laugh riot invades theaters on April 5!
