Richard's big hope

Richard, Shalini Ajith's brother, made his debut with director Kathir's Kadhal Virus. Though he has acted in a few movies after Kadhal Virus, he is still looking for a break.
Now, he is pinning hopes on his forthcoming venture Naalai which stars Madhumitha opposite him.
'Naalai has the trappings of a film in the lines of capturing the intimate friendship of two rowdies', says director Udayabhanu Maheswaran.
The challenge was in touching the segments in the relationship of two individuals, condemned by the society, he adds.
'There is the human side which I have tried to focus on. Everyone craves for a better tomorrow and lives on hope. Undergoing a bad phase is all in the life of every individual. One needs a strong will power to get out of that and start life all again. Tried my best to give a positive coating. So far it has shaped well. To get the finesse,technicians of Chennai and Mumbai have joined hands', he adds.
Mumbai actor Adityan Srivatsan makes his debut in Tamil.
Karthik Raja is scoring the music while G Ramesh is cranking the camera.
