Tamil superstar Simbu whose remake of 'Vedam', titled Vaanam has been declared a hit, and the young star is all set to star work for his next film, Dabanggs remake. It is known by now that this remake will be directed by director Dharani and now, sources say, that our heroine Richa Gangopadhyay will share screen space with Silambarasan.
Though heroines like Sonakshi Sinha and Sonam Kapoor have been considered for the role, we hear the team finalised Richa .
This NRI girl who has blockbusters like 'Leader', 'Nagavalli' and 'Mirapakay' to her credit, doesn't have a single movie in her kitty now.
"Richa is a great dancer and a beauty pageant winner as well, so maybe we can expect great performances since the duo are renowned dancers The puja for this film will be held on May 9 at the AVM Studios." the movie unit informed.
