2017 has several exciting projects lined up for Richa Chadha which includes films that marks her singing debut and now, she is set to become an official author.

For her debut book, she has collaborated with a leading publishing house, and the book will deal of how misogyny is perceived by a young woman in India with a humorous take on it. Living in a country like we do, where gender discrimination is prevalent, if not as much as before, eve-teasing a part of everyday life, a story like this could never be spoken about enough till it`s not there anymore. And although it may seem, the talk about feminism, or such casualties are ordinary, Richa has added a shade of humor to the context. The story is not just committed to a point of view but is said to rather bring about the irony behind it, with the humor.

Not just for her on-screen work, Richa has an admiring audience for always being vocal about her opinion which are much often so honest, and not biased, which makes the book furthermore appealing.

In movie front - Richa, who known for some of the most amazing roles on the screen including Bholi Punjaban, is all set to bring back on screen this year in the sequel of 'Fukrey'.
