It is not uncommon for popular stars and celebrities to face negativity and toxicity on social media. This takes a toll on their mental health and affects their personal as well as professional life. Actress Richa Chadda recently had such an experience on Twitter and she has decided to delete the app altogether to avoid negativity. At first, Richa made her account private and then she deleted it after tweeting, "Deleting this app off of my phone. Takes too much, is toxic. Bye."
This happened after a troll unnecessarily commented about her relationship with actor Ali Fazal. He tweeted, "When are you getting divorced? Tell us. Because your marriage is not going to last long, just like Aamir Khan's."
Richa gave him a strong worded reply which can be translated as, "Sarvesh, forget about me, are you losing your mind because no one married you willingly? In your case, it must have been the girl who asked for dowry. Neither do you have looks nor intelligence and you are also poor? Your mother must have switched from LPG to an earthen stove." "My regards to you, aunty. What kind of s**t-like devil you have brought into this world? This unemployed, pitiable person can dare to speak only here."
