Bollywood actress Rhea Chakraborty was on Tuesday afternoon arrested on the third day of questioning by the Narcotics Control Bureau, which has been investigating the angle of alleged drug abuse in connection with Sushant Singh Rajput's death case.

A medical test will be conducted on Rhea. It's said that the NCB will be filing a plea before a Mumbai local court seeking permission for further questioning of Rhea and three others.

A report says that Rhea had admitted to taking drugs before the NCB. This needs to be officially validated.

While the late Bollywood actor's sister has welcomed Rhea's arrest, many feel that there is a vendetta. Journalist Rohini Singh tweeted, "The #RheaChakraborty case was one where the verdict had already been delivered and only a route was being sought to justify it. Where Bihar police, CBI, ED failed, NCB managed to do, just about. Had NCB failed too, Interpol, CIA, FBI, KGB’s help would have been sought."
