RGV's song is a silly satire on KA Paul

Some of Ram Gopal Varma's movies/songs serve an important purpose. They boost the confidence of amateurs/trolls/aspiring trolls out there. If he can make films out of silly ideas, anybody can do anything in life. All that you need to possess a knack for being shamelessly mediocre.
This time, RGV has come up with a satirical song on KA Paul, complete with Sirasri's uncreative lyrics and Ravi Shankar's laughable music sensibilities. The debased song is part of 'Kamma Rajyamlo Kadapa Reddlu', a seemingly debased film with a debased title.
The song takes on KA Paul rather directly. In a film where other characters (resembling CBN, Jagan, Pawan Kalyan, etc) are "fictional" as per RGV, only Paul is real. That's because Paul doesn't mind it.
The film's release date is yet to be announced.
