RGV has opined that ChatGPT, the chatbot of OpenAI, will destroy the formal education system one day. In his latest interview, Varma suggested that ChatGPT is set to perform specialized jobs, rendering doctors and other specialists redundant.
"ChatGPT knows everything. Knowledge is now readymade, thanks to the chatbot. Professional courses like Medicine and Engineering will become invalid soon," he suggested in an interview hosted by Swapna.
"With ChatGPT, my driver and I are equally knowledgeable. Our personalities are a collection of who our parents are, our social status, our experiences, our educational qualifications, etc. Individual personalities will disappear in the age of AI. ChatGPT is set to be an equalizer. Humans will become dummies while ChatGPT makes the world a better place," RGV opined.
Somewhere in the interview, RGV suggested that ChatGPT can even write movie scripts. Recently, actor Chetan Maddineni put out an AI-written time-travel story that borrows its story elements from 'Baahubali' and 'Gautamiputra Satakarni'.
Throughout his interview, Ramu said that ChatGPT is omniscient because its database is huge. But it is pertinent not to be carried away by the potential of AI. Several experts have said that there is no need to paint a dystopian picture where AI is feared to be capable of ending the relevance of human intelligence.
