Ram Gopal Varma is back in the news and this time, the director has vented his frustration on the actors who came forward to donate to the cyclone victims of Chennai. The filmmaker took to his micro-blogging page to express his anger over the actors for contributing just Rs 5 lakhs or Rs 10 lakhs at this hour of need.
RGV writes," Ayyababooi super star lu 10 lakshalu 5 lakshalu bichamisthe antha dabbu em chesulovalo theliyaka chennaiprajalu moorchapotharu. Ivvakapivadam btt."
It clearly shows that RGV has targeted Rajinikanth and his son-in-law Dhanush, who just gave Rs 10 lakhs and Rs 5 lakhs as cyclone aid to Chennai, the city which made them Superstars.
He further lamented that the so-called Superstars offer quintals of prayers and tonnes of love but donate meager amounts. RGV also claimed that he is very selfish unlike the stars, who give loads of prayers which come at free of cost.
"As per me I never donated one rupee and am supremely selfish unlike celebs who give quintals of prayers and tonnes of love."
RGV didn`t spare Rajinikanth and went on to say "I wonder why Rajnikant dint do anything to stop the rain?"
