The Me Too movement took momentum in India in mid 2018 and many women, especially from the media and entertainment space, have come out with allegations of sexual abuse and misconduct on leading male actors, directors and producers.  In the south, it was Telugu actress Sri Reddy who conducted a semi-nude protest against a popular family and singer Chinmayi opened up about lyricist Vairamuthu allegedly molesting her when she was sixteen years old.

Now an upcoming model and actress Revathy Sampath has made serious allegations against veteran character actor Siddique in her facebook page.  The comments on her post are counter alleging that she is doing it for publicity and Siddique has so far not reacted to her.

Revathy Sampath's post reads "After watching this video again &again,i couldn't even able to resist myself anymore!!! This Actor Siddique tried to sexually misbehave with me on 2016 in a preview of "Sukhamayirikate" movie at Nila theatre ,Trivandrum..!!His verbal sexual offerings made me morally down at the age of 21...i still remember the trauma he made to me!!! He is having a daughter i guess..!! Is she safe in his hands,i wonder??
