The wedding list this season in Kollywood seems never-ending.

It started with Laila her long-time boy friend in Mumbai.

Then the character artiste Uma followed suit.

In between, there was singer Karthick who also tied the knot.

After that it was Suriya-Jyothika.

Hardly have the celebration died down, waiting on the wings are Arun Vijay (Vijaykumar’s actor son), Manoj Bharathy (Bharthiraj’s son), Vijay Yesudas (Yesudas’s singer son).

Then came the announcement from Diya, who is now engaged to a marine engineer from Kerala. The dimpled actress is also set to bid bye to acting.

There is also a stray talk of Selvaraghavan-Sonia Agarwal marrying in December.

So is the list over?

Apparently not. The latest to join the list is Renuka Menon, the heroine of films like February 14, Daas and Kalabha Kadhalan.

The bridegroom, Surj, is a computer engineer from the USA.

The engagement ceremony was held in her native on September 7.

Renuka Menon is expected to give up acting after her marriage.
