Renu Desai opens up about her next directorial

As was reported in March, former actress Renu Desai has been writing a script for a film on farmers and farm suicides.

The news is that she is done writing the film's screenplay. "I am now writing a dialogue version. The film will be made in Telugu. It will be shot from January next year. I won't be acting in the movie," she says.

The untitled flick will be directed by Renu herself. She has previously directed a Marathi rom-com, which was dubbed in Telugu.

The ex-wife of Pawan Kalyan has refuted the rumour that she will be playing a 'vadina' to a hero in a Telugu film.
