Manchu Vishnu's highly ambitious venture, "Kannappa," has sparked the imagination of audiences far and wide. The film has already embarked on its regular shooting schedule, taking advantage of the breathtaking landscapes of New Zealand. This remarkable project is helmed by director Mukesh Kumar Singh, with Manchu Vishnu not only taking on the lead role of Kannappa but also assuming the role of the producer, ensuring a lavish production.

The cast of "Kannappa" is nothing short of star-studded, and the excitement surrounding the film has reached new heights with the inclusion of Pan India Star Prabhas, who will portray Lord Shiva. Furthermore, the movie features acclaimed actors Mohan Lal and Shiva Rajkumar in pivotal roles. Rumors are rife that Nayanthara is set to portray the character of Goddess Parvathi, adding another layer of intrigue to the film.

In a recent development, the production team has officially welcomed the renowned stunt choreographer, Kecha Khamphakdee, known for his breathtaking and high-octane stunts in movies such as "Baahubali," "Jawan," "Ponniyin Selvan," and "Vishwaroopam." Kecha will be responsible for designing the action sequences in "Kannappa."

The makers, in their announcement, shared, "Brace yourself for an electrifying show as the master of action, Kecha Khamphakdee, becomes a part of the 'Kannappa' family! His legendary skill in choreographing heart-pounding action sequences promises a cinematic intensity you've never witnessed before."

Recently, the project encountered a minor setback when Manchu Vishnu, known for his unwavering commitment to his projects, sustained an injury while performing a breathtaking stunt that involved a drone accidently hitting his hand. However, he is recuperating swiftly to accelerate the project's pace.

With music composed by Mani Sharma and Stephen Devassay, and cinematography skillfully handled by Sheldon Shau, "Kannappa" promises to be a devotional spectacle like no other.
