Mammootty to act in Renji Panicker's film. The busy star of Malayalam, Mammooty has assigned dates to play the title role in Renji Panicker's next movie.

The movie would be scripted and directed by Renji Panicker. Mammootty enacts District Collector James Joseph. It was reported that the movie would be a sequel to King, which brought Mammootty and Renji Panicker together a few years ago.

Quick to deny it was the director. The shooting of the film will begin in April 2007 and will be an Onam release.
