A few days back Karthick alias Theepetti Ganesan of Renigunta` fame was spotted working at a tiffen shop in KK Nagar and media reports gave the impression that the actor was suffering in poverty. In an interview to a popular Tamil weekly the actor has denied the reports and has stated that he loves cooking and enjoys working in the shop.

Theepetti Ganesan has revealed that Vijay Sethupathi considers him as a brother and gives him a role in most of his films. Similarly Soori and Muniskanth too visit him often. He says that through his hard work he had bought properties in his hometown and also has saved money for his wife and children whom he takes care of well. In a month he devotes fifteen days to films and the rest to the hotel job. Inspiring person indeed.
