As the shooting for ‘Munirathna Kurukshetra’ is rapidly in progress at Ramoji Rao Film City in Hyderabad, the two main characters of Bhanumathi and Kunti were kept in abeyance.

The latest news is that Remya Nambisan a Malayalam actress of over 50 films is taking on ‘Bhanumathi’ role – wife of Duryodhana played by challenging star Darshan. Earlier the name of Regina Cassandra was in the rumor mill for Duryodhana wife character.

Coming to Pandava side the most important role of mother Kunti goes to the senior actress Dr Bharathi Vishnuvardhana as the dates of Lakshmi did not adjust.
