It was breathlessness for Usirigintha` with earlier title NIMHANS` and now the new relief added for the film with change in the title. Director Sooryakiran at the post production stage of the film got offers in Telugu and Tamil to make films. The new offer now is remake of Usirigintha` from Kannada to Tamil language.

The remake rights acquisition happening even before release of Kannada film happening is a very good sign. Recently Lucia` was remake to Tamil from Kannada.

Tamil film maker Shakthivel and Raman Chellappa acquired the rights. Sooryakiran is handling direction for Tamil version. Sooryakiran also acted as hero in Kannada version. A new hero will be chosen for Tamil remake. Naronha remains common for Tamil language.

Meanwhile there is talk of dubbing Kannada version of Usirigintha` to Telugu. Kanakapura Puttaswamy intends to dub to Telugu after Kannada version release.
