Paramapadham Vilaiyattu is a political action thriller which has Trisha playing a doctor and Baby Manasvi plays her daughter in the movie. With music by Amrish, Paramapadham Vilaiyattu also stars Nandha, Richard, AL Azhagappan and many others and is Trisha’s 60th movie.
