It's known that Pasupaleti Venkata Ramana is making a biopic of AP CM Chandrababu Naidu. Titled 'Chandrodayam', its teaser was released on Friday by a TDP leader in Vijayawada.

"Most of the shoot is done. The plan is to release the movie on April 20," the makers say. It was on this date in 1951 that Babu was born.

Raghu Varma (to be seen as Babu), Pallavi Josh, Nagineedu will be seen in main roles.

It's neither a biopic in full sense of the term, nor is it a docu-drama. Four youngsters, who are all journalists, get inspired to know about the journey of Babu right from his childhood. The Chief Minister's character will be seen only through their learnings and discoveries, a report says. The director, who has written several books on Babu, his vision, and policies, had recently said that 'Chandrodayam' is being made as a commercial entertainer.

Music-directed by Raj Kiran, the film has BGM by Vandemataram Srinivas.
