Regina Cassandra's deleted tweet and Instagram/FB posts have got many gossip with gay abandon. For the uninitiated, here is what the damsel said yesterday: 'Guys need ur blessings on this auspicious day. Sorry it had to be like this.. I wish I could tell u who the guy is.. but that shall be revealed soon. I can`t wait for U guys to see him!!! Didn`t think I`d be this ecstatic to get hitched though.'

It has been a double whammy for the rest of us. Firstly, it's not known why she put the post on her social media pages in the first place and deleted them anon. It so appeared (to the naive), that her accounts may have been hacked into by some silly fellow. Secondly, to make the matters worse, she has thrown up a suspense about her fiance. I can`t wait for U guys to see him, she said, while keeping us waiting us is what she has been doing!

Be that as it may, the talk of the town has been diverse. A section of the media have it that her intention was to send a message to her boy friend, a Tollywood hero, by making the post. Another section have it that she might have had a change of mind after receiving suggestions from well-wishers with respect to career prospects if she gets married. A third section, however, are no-nonsense: She was merely promoting her next Kollywood movie, 'Gemini Ganesan Sooruli Rajanam'. Yet, it doesn't answer the question as to why she had to delete them!

On her part, the actress hasn't opened up on the issue.
